SDCL §34-23A-58 requires the Department of Health to maintain a registry of pregnancy help centers in the state. In order to be listed on the registry, pregnancy help centers must comply with the affidavit requirements of §34-23A-58 to -58.3. The South Dakota abortion statutes can be found at SDCL 34-23A.
The following centers have submitted the necessary affidavits to the department. The list will continue to be updated as additional affidavits are submitted.
