SDCL 34-23A-10.3 requires the Department of Health to provide printed materials designed to give basic information about fetal growth and development from the time of conception through birth. The booklet includes pictures, illustrations and drawings at two week increments along with relevant information about the possibility of the unborn infant's survival.
